Smoked Gruyère Cheese
Our Smoked Gruyère Cheese is imported all the way from Germany. It comes in quite a big block, so we cut it in half and then place the cheese on trays inside the smoker. It is then smoked for 1 to 2 days which allows the hickory flavor to absorb right into the cheese. This combination of hickory smoke and creamy gruyère is a taste one must have. Buy a brick(unsliced), or let us slice it for you. We'd be happy to do it!
